Ningbo Association for International Exchange of Personnel

Founded in October 1988, Ningbo Association for International Exchange of Personnel（hereinafter as Ningbo AIEP） is a non-government organization, which is supported by the Ningbo Municipal People's Government. The aim of Ningbo AIEP is to promote exchange and cooperation in all areas, such as manufacture, agriculture, commerce, finance & economy, science & technology, education, health care, and culture between our city and all countries of the world to assist the development of society and economy in Ningbo, the friendly international human resources exchange, and the cooperation of business, science and technology by means of international personnel and information exchange activities.

Ningbo AIEP’s activities are directed both by the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP) and the Ningbo Administrative Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs. With the help of CAIEP and our efforts, we have established close and reliable cooperative relationships with more than 30 foreign organizations, institutes and universities in many countries, such as Germany, France, Italy, Holland, Britain, the USA, Canada, Israel, Russia, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.

Since its establishment, Ningbo AIEP has won the direct support and extensive nurture from the Ningbo Municipal People's Government and society, and has set up close relationships with some relative governmental departments, enterprises, institutes and universities. Focusing on the general needs of the development of Ningbo’s economy and society, Ningbo AIEP, for many years, has helped many local units to develop international exchange of personnel and intelligence, and has had good achievements.  The main areas, we cover, are as follows:

1.Inviting foreign experts, who have rich practical experience and knowledge, to Ningbo to consult or solve technical or managerial problems for local units.

2.Inviting foreign experts, researchers and professors to Ningbo for lectures, research cooperation, joint development, technical training and so on.

3.Providing the bridge and linkage services in the international cooperation and exchange between both governments and non-governmental organizations to promote understanding and connections to increase the people’s relationships.

4.Coordinating and helping our units to carry out international exchange and cooperation activities of personnel and intelligence, and providing a consulting service for foreign organizations and units to set up relationships with local units.

5.Sending local professional and managerial trainees to related units to train or practise abroad.

6.Cooperating with research institutes, related organizations, industry association (chamber of commerce) and human resource medium companies to set up an extensive working network. The international intelligence and technology cooperation are of benefit to mutual sides.

7.Offering assistance, such as consultation, and information, for partners to increase cooperative efficiency.
